By advertising on this website you warrant that: -

You are the legal owner or agent of the legal owner of the property with the sole right to sell. The property descriptions and photographs you supply are a true and accurate reflection of the property and are not misleading in any way, 1st Call DEA will not be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising from the use of this information.. You have permission to use any photographs you have submitted and such submissions will not breach any copyright. You shall indemnify 1st Call DEA in respect of any claim, costs and expenses arising out of any infringement of copyright, other rights of ownership or for any other reasons whatsoever, incurred by publishing material you have supplied and in respect of any deliberately misleading information you may have given which we have subsequently published. Any property details you submit become the copyright of 1st Call DEA and you grant permission to publish and market these details on your behalf. If you have an agreement with an estate agent you have checked the terms of your agreement. 1st Call DEA will not be liable for any commission you may have to pay the agent as a result of selling your property by using our services. You agree to change the status of your property to Sold and notify 1st Call DEA once you have accepted an offer. We will check the content of all submissions for errors and suitability and we reserve the right to edit or refuse any submissions.

Engagement

By purchasing services from 1st Call DEA we undertake to provide the following: -

A property advertisement on the propertyforsale-online.co.uk website. We will advertise your property open ended until sold or taken off the market for an agreed one-off fee. 1st Call DEA will email you from time to time to check progress and for you to confirm that your property is still on the market or sold. If your email address is unobtainable or you fail to respond within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.
Any service provided on an 'until sold' basis is subject to review by1st Call DEA from time to time.
Twenty four months after registration we reserve the right to terminate such services.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your property details to be published on the propertyforsale-online.co.uk website.

Advertised Property

All content of propertys advertised in this site are the responsibility of the seller 1st Call DEA will not be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising from the use of this information you shall indemnify 1st Call DEA in respect of any claim, costs and expenses arising from any misleading information or copyright infringement. Photographs and description are provided by the seller who have the sole responsibility for the accuracy of the content.

Pricing

The price shown on this website is what you pay. There are no hidden costs. The fee is one-off, thats it.
We reserve the right to amend or change pricing or package services/content at any time without notice

Refunds

The price we charge relates essentially to the set up cost of each paid property advertisement and the initial administration involved. Therefore, our services are considered to be fully delivered on activation or publication of your property advertisement on the propertyforsale-online.co.uk website.
You may cancel your subscription within 24 hours of payment and you will receive a full refund.
No refund will be made after 24 hours of payment and continuance of services thereafter is deemed to be free of charge.
Due to the nature of the internet, interruptions of service may occur as a result of circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted error free access to our website. Therefore, no refunds will be given for temporary or permanent loss of service howsoever arising, including but not limited to the propertyforsale-online.co.uk website being unavailable for whatever reason.
Our liability will be limited to a sum equal to the value of the advertising fee received.
No refunds will be given if your property is deleted as a consequence of your failure to respond to emails or phone calls.
1st Call DEA will not be liable to you in any respect in the event that the company ceases to trade for whatever reason.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Clause 8(3) of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that the statutory cancellation (cooling-off) period of 7 days for services purchased over the internet, does not apply where performance of that service has already commenced with the customer's agreement.

This does not affect your right to cancel your advertising within 24 hours for a full refund under our no-quibble cancellation terms
